Spolveriamo la puntina…
Afro house, amapiano, and R&B from the Romandie DJ booths.
Slay came out of the Romandie club circuit rather than any broadcasting tradition: a station for the DJs of Lausanne, Geneva and Sion, built on the premise that the region's airwaves have never made much room for them. The roster is the whole architecture — every DJ has a page, a set on file and a fee — so a listener who likes what they hear at two in the morning can book the same person for a party, and the events board tracks nights like PALP, which spends its summer moving between Valais castles and alpine pastures.
The rotation is those mixes end to end: Hanz de Paul's afro house, DJ Afrikay's amapiano, purplechilly's baile funk, Mike Deem's bouyon, DJ O'Tuck's shatta and dancehall, and house sets from Bendo and AY3L, with R&B and Afrobeats holding the middle ground. Nobody speaks between records, and a single week of uploads carries tags for dozens of styles.
The scene the FM dial skips.
