Radio GoodLife: live radio from Igny

Hooold...

Dusting off the needle…

Radio GoodLife

Twenty-one years, one format.

Soul, funk and disco, from Motown to modern boogie.

The association Génération Stream put this on air on 25 April 2005 as Génération Soul Disco Funk, running it from Igny, a small commune south-west of Paris, and registered it properly with ARCOM, SACEM and SPRÉ rather than leaving it a hobby stream. Twenty-one years later, on 20 June 2026, the name changed to GOODLIFE and nothing else did — the point of the rename was that the format had never needed fixing. The older brand and its web address were deliberately kept alive alongside it, for as long as listeners want them.

A dozen-odd shows carry the week around the rotation: Boogie Stomp, Funk Boulevard, Discochic and Funky Traxx through the day, Sessão Vinil Brasil on the Brazilian end, Night Moves holding the overnight hours, and Wake Up, Europe! taking the early shift. A small team of resident DJs shares them out. New releases and a fortnightly chart run beside the older records rather than behind them.
